Front raises are among the best shoulder  exercises to work your anterior deltoid muscles and build big  muscles.They are a part of any bodybuilding and/or shoulder workout of  someone who is interested to gain muscles.They are easy to perform and  require just a set of dumbbells.
- Grab a pair of dumbbells and stand straight.The dumbbells will be placed on your thighs,with your palms facing towards you.
 
- Keeping your torso straight and avoiding jerking,lift the left dumbbell to the front.Maintain a slight bend in your elbow and make sure that the palm is facing towards the ground.
 
- Exhale as you go through with the motion.Pause at the top,i.e,when your arms are slightly above parallel to the floor.Pause for a second.
 
- Inhale as you slowly bring the dumbbell down to the starting position.Make sure you are in control throughout the motion.
 
- Repeat the same with the right dumbbell.This completes one repetition.
 
- Avoid jerking,bending your knees,or using your biceps in the movement.
