Alicia Silverstone’s Diet Plan

Breakfast
 A persimmon, a few collard greens, a cup of brown rice, a cup of miso soup
 Lunch
 ½ heirloom tomato, a cup of fresh spinach with avocado, bowl of lentil soup

Dinner
 Bowl of lentil soup, ½ cup brown rice, beet salad, slice of whole-grain bread with pesto, 2 peanut-butter cookies

Alicia claims not adhering to any strict fitness plan. She strives to become active everyday by having long walks, hiking with her dogs, and gardening at home. Alicia Silverstone’s exercise regimen also includes doing yoga and bouncing on a trampoline.
Trampolining helps in strengthening muscles, boosting the lymphatic circulation and keeping weight in the ideal range.
"It's a lot of fun." Alicia says. "Being healthy is fun."
