Drew’s Diet
 If there is one thing Drew doesn’t like it’s starving herself. She’ll eat what she wants when she wants in, in moderation. So if she’s craving a Big Mac for example, she’ll only eat half or a quarter of it and then she’ll make sure she exercises later in the day. Currently, Drew is on the 5-Factor Diet. The 5-Factor Diet is a diet and fitness program that gets you to stop counting calories, carbs, food measuring as well as time consuming exercises. The plan is made up of five, 25-minute workouts per week, all of which can be done using a dumbbell and a bench. The 5-Factor Diet also consists of eating 5 healthy meals per day.
 Harley Pasternak is the creator of the 5 Factor Diet and also has an online option where dieters can use interactive and customized tools to create their individual program.

Drew’s Exercise

Drew works out alongside her personal trainer following the 5-Factor Diet. All of the exercises are designed to work together with the diet to get the best maximum result. This diet is one of the best diets out there simply because’s it’s easy and it works. I would definitly recommend it to anyone wishing to lose weight.
