Also because she is a swimwear and lingerie model then she needs to have a good muscle tone and a fuller curvy figure. This means resistance training is a must using body weight , dumbbells or kettlebells.
Exercises to include in your workouts include lunges, squats, deadlifts, push-ups and any form of pulling movements.
Adrina Lima Diet
The Adrian Lima diet is all about portion control and she uses strategy called calorie tapering where she eats most of her calories in her early meals so that the evening meal is the smallest in the day. Here is a quick example of how a normal day would look.
Breakfast: egg whites, oatmeal and raisins or muesli with plain yogurt and honey.
Lunch: A piece of meat (fish, chicken or red meat) with veggies or salad
Snacks: Raw veggies such as cucumbers and carrots.
Dinner: Small salad. She says she gets a better nights sleep if her last meal is light.
This is sensible diet approach to losing weight if you are able to plan your diet properly like Adriana and control each meal size so that you don’t eat too many calories. If this plan looks like a little too restrictive or doesn’t fit into your lifestyle then I recommend you try intermittent fasting. Here is a article on why fasting to lose weight can be really effective if done correctly.
