Elle Macpherson tries to eat food which is 100% organic. The biggest advantage of the organic food is that it contains 50% more vitamins and minerals than the the mass-produced food. Elle Macpherson eats 2 times per day. Her diet plan per a day includes a small breakfast (usually it’s a fruit) and for the second nutrition Elle chooses between dinner or lunch. Also, Elle Macpherson avoids processed carbohydrates such as pasta which helps her to keep balanced her blood sugar. Fof carb sources, she chooses cooked brown rice, buckwheat, and vegetables.
Elle Macpherson’s Workout Routine
To stay in a great shape, Elle Macpherson does a lot of exercises and practice different sports. Her workout routine includes light weights, horseback riding, treadmill, yoga, swimming, and pilates. Also, her workout routine per a day includes 5 miles running or cycle for 40 mins and 500 sit-ups

“I have a holistic attitude to health – it has to be a combination of physical, spiritual and emotional care. It’s about listening to your body. Sometimes I need to run, other times to meditate, sometimes I need to dance with my kids, and sometimes I just need a good meal. I don’t have a regime.“
