Concentration Curl

Concentration Curl exercise


How to start

    * Sit on a bench and hold a dumbbell in your one hand..
    * Place the dumbbell on one of your thigh keeping your legs apart.

Movement of the exercise

    * Slowly move the dumbbell up  towards your shoulder.
    * Squeeze your biceps hard at the top of the movement, hold for 2 secs and then slowly return to the starting position.

Tips on Concentration Curl

    * Do not lean backwards while the movement.
    * Keep your upper arm fixed.
    * Keep your shoulder  relaxed.
