The reason her abs are visible is because she has a low body fat percentage, not because she seems to be obsessed with doing sit-ups.
In fact, if you are overweight, you probably do not want to follow Melanie Brown’s workout. Why not? Your abs will not be visible just because you do sit-ups. You need to lose weight first, which should reduce your belly fat. Then, and only then, it makes sense to start working on your abs.
