 Angelina learnt kick-boxing for her role as Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider movie.She also learnt weapons training,diving,and even learnt to play soccer.
 Martial arts training gave her a full body workout and weapons training added more resistance to it.
 Much of her training was aimed at building kicking strength in her hips and thighs,as well as develop upper body strength and endurance.

ANGELINA JOLIE YOGA:
 Angelina takes the help of yoga workouts to keep in shape.A muscle toning yoga session is very beneficial for her body.
 Yoga ensures that she remains lean and strong,without looking bulked up.It also provides her with an opportunity to relax and have some time for herself.

ANGELINA JOLIE DIET:
 Not much is known about Angelina’s diet,apart from the fact that she followed a high protein diet during the shooting of Tomb Raider.
 Her diet had low carbohydrate content to shave off any fat that could develop.High protein content meant that she could develop muscles easily to portray her role.
 She used protein shakes to get extra protein into her diet too.
 She followed the popular notion of 6 small meals at regular intervals rather than 3 large heavy meals.
 She was also rumored to be on the Vegan Diet,and was criticized for being so thin and losing too much weight.
 Some sources suggest that she avoids wheat based foods and red meat,laying more emphasis on raw salads,fruits and fish.
 She had once admitted her fondness of sea bass,vegetables and soy milk,going on to say that she drank only soy milk.
