Dumbbell Rows is one of the most effective free weight exercise to target your lats and upper back muscles.This is commonly known as single arm dumbbell rows,and this is an upper back exercise.Dumbbell rowing helps to gain muscles of the upper back,and the correct form of this back exercise ensures that you dont have any back pains.It is a part of any workout routines and back workouts are usually incomplete without this exercise.

CORRECT FORM:
     
  • Place one leg on the bench and extend the other out.Grab the dumbbell in the hand opposite to the knee on the bench.
  • The technique is-stretch the back when you bring the dumbbell down,and flex your back when you bring the dumbbell up.
  • Keep your back flat while stretching and flexing.Maintain proper form at all times.
  • Do about 8-10 reps per arm in one set,and your workout should consist of 3 sets.
