Lisa Rinna’s workout and diet To take things to a new level, Lisa started eating small portions every few hours, avoiding white carbs and filling up on PowerBars, chicken salad, almonds and Starbucks fruit and cheese plates. Her favorite sweet treat is sugar-free Jell-O pudding.
“It’s just 60 calories, which to me is heaven,” she says. A former cheerleader, Lisa was always active but now exercises diligently six times a week and has become a dance fanatic ever since she went on Dancing With the Stars two years ago. “I think I will stick with it as I get older,” says Lisa. “I’m 44 and feel really lucky to have this body!”
