MEGAN FOX WORKOUT
In order to get a hot figure, she hired a personal trainer. Her height is 5’6? and weight is 114 lbs.The program developed by her trainer focussed less on getting the bulky bodybuilder look and more on getting the slim and sexy look. But contrary to general perception,Megan is no fitness fanatic. In her own words,
“I’m very lazy. I hire a personal trainer who is supposed to come three times a week. He comes to me – I don’t even have to leave the house. He’ll come to my house and I’ll be lying in the exact same spot he left me in. I’ll be like: ‘Not today! Not today!’”

Even though Megan does not like to exercise, she does so in order to maintain flat abs.Her complete workout schedule is given below:
Exercise 1: Lunges-each leg x 15 repetitions

Exercise 2: Jumping Jacks x 50 repetitions

Exercise 3: Push Ups x 12 repetitions

Exercise 4: Hip Extensions x 20 repetitons

Exercise 5: Burpees x 10 repetitions

Exercise 6: Squat Jumps x 12 repetitions

Exercise 7: Plank x 30 seconds

Exercise 8: High Knees x 30 repetitions

When it comes to eating, Megan fox doesn’t like to hold back as much. She enjoys eating, as she frequently told the press. That is why she sticks to a whole food diet. Processed foods have the nasty habit of making you gain weight, so if you can, do as Megan Fox does and eat lots and lots of whole foods.

Some say that Megan Fox is on a diet similar to the Paleo diet. In the paleo diet all you can eat are foods our distant ancestors had to eat to survive. This means lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and lean meat. With a diet like this there is no going wrong because our bodies are used and adapted to eating such foods.
Megan fox also admitted that she does cleanses frequently, and that she is giving a try to the vinegar detox diet. "It's just water and raw apple cider vinegar, and it just cleans out your system entirely. I'm not one for dieting or exercising 'cause I'm lazy and I have a really big sweet tooth, so I have to do cleanses every once in a while," told Megan to the press.
What you must know about the vinegar diet is that it isn’t a healthy diet. It’s main purpose isn’t that of helping you lose weight but that of helping you flush out all the toxins from your body. So use it if you want to cleans your body, but there are plenty of more easy to do and healthy cleansing diets too choose from. For example check out the master cleanse diet.
