Dumbbell Curl exercise

How to start

    * Sit on the a bench and hold dumbbells in both hands
    * Your arms should be fully straight.

Movement of the exercise

    * Move one dumbbell up at a time  towards your shoulders, rotating your forearm and keeping your upper arm fixed.
    * Hold for 2 secs; then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
    * Repeat with the other arm.

Tips on Dumbbell Curl

    * Do not lean backwards while the movement.
    * Curl the dumbbells up slowly upwards.
    * Keep your upper arms fixed while the movement.
