How to start

  • Sit on the seat, adjusting your knees so that they fit comfortably under the roller pads.
  • Hold the bar, with your hands with shoulder width apart .Your arms should be  straight.

Movement of the exercise

  • Pull the bar down towards your chest until it touches the upper part of your chest, arching your back slightly.
  • Hold for 2 secs; then slowly return to the starting position.

Tips On Lat Pull-down

  • Do not lean your back too much.
  • Use wrist straps to improve your grip when lifting heavy weight.
  • Do complete the whole movement of the exercise
  • Do not shorten the return phase of the
    movement – extend your arms fully straight.
