Bicycle Crunches is the most effective abs workouts,targeting the mid section and the obliques.Once you understand the correct form,this abs exercise is very easy to perform.

CORRECT FORM:

BICYCLE CRUNCHES



Lie down on the mat with your back flat against the mat. Put your hands under your head.

Bend your knees to about 45° and slowly do a bicycle pedal motion. Touch your left elbow to your right knee, then your right elbow to your left knee.

For the bicycle motion,bend one knee to about 90°,lower leg parallel to the floor,and straighten the other leg and keep it 3-4 inches off the mat.Alternate the position to achieve the bicycle motion.

Do about 10 reps for each leg,and do about 3 sets.
