Abs are the ultimate sign of a fit and healthy body.To get a six pack abs is the dream of every guy.However most of them dont know which abs exercise will be more effective and which abs exercise will be just a waste of time.We took out some time to get you a complete abs workouts package,telling you which abs workout will target which muscle group.The oblique crunches work on the obliques,i.e,the muscle group responsible for rotation or lateral movement of the torso.This abs work out is not very difficult to perform and helps to shape up the obiques.

CORRECT FORM:




Start out like a normal crunches exercise,with your back flat against the mat and feet flat on the floor.
Place your hands either across your chest or behind your head,not for pulling,but for additional support for your head.
The thing to keep in mind is pointing the elbow to the knee of the opposite leg by rotating your torso by just a little bit.
Do alternatively for each side,and do about 15-20 reps in one set.Do about 3 sets.
