Shoulder Press is the champion among shoulder exercises,aimed to build muscles.This bodybuilding workout is helpful to gain muscles and give a broader look to the shoulder muscles.However most people do this in the incorrect way,leading to shoulder pain and decrease in the effectiveness of this exercise.


CORRECT FORM:









  • Sit on the bench with a back support in a squat rack machine.
  • Grab the bar,which is placed above shoulder level,with a wide grip as shown in the video.Lift it and bring it over your head.
  • Keeping your back straight and wrists straight,bring the bar down towards your chest,till the chin level.Inhale as you bring it down.
  • Push it straight back up,exhaling as you go up.
  • You can also perform this exercise while standing.
