Her workout routine includes Pilates and Yoga. About the exercises that she does, Heather Graham says:
I started audio taping my yoga and Pilates teachers a while ago, so when I am on the road I can do the classes on my own. Whether I am on vacation or at work, I always have my teachers with me on my iPod. No excuses!

To stay in a great shape, Heather uses portion control as well as she watches the food that she eats. Actually, Heather Graham doesn’t follow any diet plan, but she moderates the foods that she eats
