For his preparation for his role in the Indiana Jones movie, Shia LaBeouf’s workout routine included running for about and hour and then 2 hours for weight lifting. He trained seven days per a week and every workout that he did was for about three hours.

  • Breakfast: egg whites and oatmeal
  • Mid-morning snacks: protein shake
  • Lunch: chicken and pasta
  • Mid-afternoon snacks: protein shake
  • Dinner: steak with a baked potato and broccoli
  • Night time: protein shake
