Sophia Bush Diet and Exercise

How Does Sophia Bush Workout?
“With the long hours on the show, it’s hard to get in the gym. But when I was home in L.A. for the summer, I spent four days a week with my trainer, Jason Walsh, who is just…the dude. And I spend a lot of time with Harley Pasternak too. They’re the best trainers in L.A., and they share a similar attitude of “We don’t want you to be skinny, we want you to be in the best shape for you.” I’m not a waif–y girl and never will be. I think it’s healthy when fitness experts encourage fitness rather than getting a certain body shape. And I’m Italian—I love food. I’m not going to cut out bread and pasta and wine to be thinner.”
I love to box. I once took a kickboxing class in college and got totally hooked. One of the things Jason and I do is heavy-bag training. He puts on the padded gloves, and we do combinations. It’s a good thing as a woman to feel powerful, and boxing is a great way to work out all your aggression.
What Does Sophia Bush Eat?
She follows the 5 factor diet plan. She believes in eating healthy foods “I’ve started to treat my health like a science project,”
I’m not going to dinner with somebody who eats like a bird, nor do I want to eat like a bird. But it’s weird: In our business, I’m a size 2 and considered curvy. It’s important to remind young women, “Listen, even skinny girls have cellulite, even Halle Berry has cellulite, and what you see in photos isn’t totally real.”
I just got a vibrating plate called a VibraSlim and I’m so excited about it. You can work out on it, but I use mine after a workout to shake out my muscles. And what’s neat is that it helps you build bone density. I’m 26 now, and thinking about the fact that women are developing osteoporosis in their 40s.

Sheryl Crow Diet and Exercise

After being diagnosed with cancer in 2006, country rock singer Sheryl Crow is now out of the danger zone and cancer free. Recently, the 47-year-old single-mom shared her post-cancer diet and exercise tips with Health magazine.
Three years after visiting a disease prevention and well-being nutritionist (when she was first diagnosed with the life threatening disease), Sheryl still incorporates those healthy-eating habits in her daily diet.
“I eat salmon or other fish at least three times a week,” she told Health. “I eat a lot of walnuts, almonds, colorful vegetables, and prunes, which get such a bad rap but are loaded with antioxidants.”
Aside from adding enough Omega 3s to her diet, the Grammy Award winner also keeps a “vat” of tomato soup or some sort of tomato sauce around the house because it contains lycopene, and she also drinks a lot of pomegranate juice. Sheryl says she eats Fiber One to get rid of “wastes.”
The Missouri native loves the outdoors and always finds time to fit in some kind of outdoor activity, whether it’s riding her bike or playing tennis and paddle surfing.
“I don’t love going to the gym, but I’ll do it if it’s rainy.”

Sarah Michelle Gellar Diet and Exercise

How Does Sarah Michelle Gellar Workout?
Her skinny frame is less about diet and more about exercise. She practised tae kwon do for five years and is into kickboxing, street fighting, boxing and gymnastics.
When filming the Grudge in Japan…Gellar says she got hooked on blowfish, which is illegal in the States because it’s poisonous and potentially lethal. “I loved it. They have to slice it very carefully, making sure they leave just enough poison to make your mouth tingle. The first time I had it I asked for a second bowl and was about to order a third when somebody pointed out that it was $85 a time, which is a lot to pay for poison.”

DIET PLAN
  • Day 1: fruit except bananas, cabbage soup with unsweetened drinks
  • Day 2: vegetables especially green leafy ones, avoiding dry beans, peas, and corn; potato with butter and no fruits
  • Day 3: consume anything from day 1 and 2 except the potato
  • Day 4: bananas and skim milk with cabbage soup
  • Day 5: beef and tomatoes particularly 10 to 20 oz of beef and 6 fresh tomatoes; 8 glasses of water; consume soup; bake chicken, if preferred, instead of beef or substitute broiled fish on one of the beef days
