Jenny McCarthy Workout
Jenny McCarthy‘s workout is pretty crazy. In fact, I would say that Jenny McCarthy’s workout is extreme. What is so unusual about Jenny McCarthy’s workout? Well, how about holding 26 different poses in a room heated to 105 degrees?
The exercise program that she follows is called Bikram yoga. It works like this: You must hold each pose for at lest 1 minute, which forces your muscles to contract under stress. Oh, and there is no rest between each pose.
Obviously, Jenny McCarthy’s workout is very challenging, and it is not for everyone. That said, a lot of people really this program and claim (including Jenny) that it has made them stronger, leaner and more flexible. Jenny works out at least three times a week, sometimes four.

Jenny McCarthy Diet
Jenny McCarthy tries to eat healthy. It’s not easy for her especially after she discovered that Jenny has 60 food allergies. So, her diet plan is free of sugar, dairy, and wheat. But her diet plan includes a lot of veggies and fresh fruits.
