ennifer Lopez Workout Routine Lopez has hired the professional trainer Gunnar Peterson who has also been working with Matthew McConaughey, Angelina Jolie, Penelope Cruz, and many athletes from NHL, NBA, and NFL. Lopez spends between 60 and 90 minute each day for her workouts. She practices dancing, yoga, cardio, and weight training:
  • Dancing – she said, it’s her favourite exercise. Her favourite styles are Jazz and Hip-Hop.
  • Yoga – Jennifer practices it after the long days. She said that the yoga helps her to reduced the level of the stress as well.
  • Cardio – in the gym, she does a mix of exercise in a mix. In 5 minutes intervals she workouts on the: elliptical trainer, treadmill, rowing machine, stair stepper, and stationary bike.
  • Weight Training – she also include some weight exercises in her workout routine, which helps her to look strong and attractive in many situations.

Jennifer claims that she eats everything, but in moderation. She said she keep her body in top shape by a sensible approach to nutrition and portion control. When she need to drop some pounds for a role, Lopez said she limits the carbohydrate intake. Also, her largest meal during the day is her breakfast, and the dinner is the smallest. Her calories per day are limited approximately to 1,400.
